Refund policy

Print-on-Demand Products All items sold by Em Not Goiinn are custom printed-on-demand specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly printed, please contact us at 2wogs@emnotgoiinn.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos clearly showing the issue
• Description of the problem

We will review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items As all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or colour selected by customer
• Items without defects or damage

Refunds Refunds are only issued in cases where we cannot provide a suitable replacement for a defective or damaged item. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
